Why Being Busy Can Be Unproductive
Busyness is practically a disease nowadays. We all try to cram in as much as we can into our seemingly limited time. Yet being busy isn't the same as getting things DONE.
Before I mastered the skills and tools you will learn from this workshop I was constantly chasing my tail and feeling like I wasn't moving forward with anything. With an ever-growing to-do list, worried today about how busy I was going to be tomorrow. Getting annoyed with myself that the people around me never seemed to be as busy as me. Then in the evenings, I would beat myself up thinking about all the stuff I didn’t get done that day. Whilst my mind was off thinking about what needs doing next, I found it difficult to pay attention during a conversation with my, partner, children or spouse. Has this ever happened to you?

For example when you are at work you are thinking about spending time with the family. When you are with your family you are thinking about work. You mean well in both these areas but when we’re in the ‘Grey Zone’ we are only 50% effective.
